The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting, reporting and making sure sales teams are appropriately maintaining accurate sales activity records.
Working with colleagues in Marketing to ensure a prompt seamless customer experience in the sales cycle.
Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metricsInterpreting and presenting data resultsDeveloping detailed sales forecastingManaging product and sales databaseAnalysing and reporting on customer performance and customer experienceProviding support to sales and marketing departmentEnsuring compliance activities are in placeManaging the bid officeKnowledge and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as an analystExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skillsHighly developed attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
