    Job Description:

    As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in onboarding training partners, managing trainers, and overseeing training programs to ensure successful delivery. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding training partners (training centres) and ensuring they meet our standards and requirements.
    • Onboarding and managing trainers, including coordinating schedules and providing necessary support.
    • Managing training programs from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Conducting research and analytics to enhance training programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise processes and deliver exceptional training experiences.
    • Providing regular updates and reports to management on project progress and outcomes.
    • Ability to use tools like HubSpot

    Requirements:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in the training industry, preferably in banking and finance.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
    • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
    • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
