Due to continued growth, Exi-tite Group are looking to strengthen their team in their Headquarters in Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone by recruiting an Inventory Planner.

This role is critical to providing a high level of service to the customers and plays a pivotal role within the business.

Stock Procurement Co-ordinator

Main Responsibilities:

Working closely with the sales, procurement and warehouse departments Playing a key role in forecasting of inventory from main suppliers to ensure all deliveries are on site on time.

Liasing with sales and warehouse teams across the UK to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.

Providing customers timely updates on delivery status of projects. Placing all orders accurately and maintaining in-house systems with good attention to detail. Resolving customer queries on phone and email. General administration duties as and when required.

Criteria (Essential): Excellent computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office Excel A professional and courteous manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Able to manage time across multiple projects with tight deadlines Experience working with inventory and accounting software Criteria (Desirable): Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills.

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
