We have an opportunity for an Administration Manager to join and lead the HR administration team.


This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday on a hybrid working basis whereby you will work from home but also required to attend the office in Wigan at least 2 days per week.

The salary for the role is to be discussedbetween £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the HRIS and all people related systems, sourcing additional systems where required and ensuring that the system reporting capability is fit for purpose with a suite of KPI driven business reports available.
  • Manage the HR compliance requirements such as policy review timetable, ensuring audit requirements are met and monthly and/or periodic statutory reports are produced.
  • Manage and where required develop HR process, building a quality assurance culture, ensuring all HR specific paperwork is complete and meets both policy and statutory requirements, e.g., such as contracts, leaver interviews, return to work interviews, onboardingprocess is adhered and in order.
  • Manage HR administration requirements to ensure daytoday administration is right first time, implementing improvements or changes where required and support the business led needs such as pay review process, minimum wage/living wage process is supportedachieving timely communication to all employees affected.
  • Manage HR administration support requirements to ensure significant business priorities are supported such as: HRIS employee data migrations projects, acquisitions, and redundancy programs.
  • Build and manage a suite of HR monthly reports. Providing reliable, a "single source of the truth" set of people performance metrics by business area.
  • Ensure HRIS is accurate and complete with all employee data, including (but not limited too) name, address, DOB, diversity information, line manager information, bank details, salary, job title, hierarchy.
  • Manage the HR Administration and Reporting. Focus on team development and to support a culture of engagement and growth of the team.
  • Negotiate, manage HR suppliers' agreements, responsible for ensuring renewal dates, additional requirements are identified and communicated, such as Everwell (OH), MediCash, Vitality, Kallidus (LMS), Cascade, Stirling Back Check, CultureAmp.
  • Liaise between the BA team and Cascade for any system development requirements.
  • Work closely with the Internal Audit team and lead for the HR Team on building responsive plans to address HR actions.
  • Play an active part in the Company ESG Teams other Company led national or community initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role with HR Administration
  • Experience in creating a great user experience and making systems/content visually appealing
  • Experience of working on a wide range of systems
  • An eye for detail and an ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make the complex simple
  • Confident in dealing with all stakeholders
  • Team Management and competency development experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
