    As a Recruitment Consultant for Facilities Support Staff at PRS Recruitment Services, you will play a vital role in matching cleaning / Facility support staff with our clients' staffing requirements.

    Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary and some permanent positions, maintaining, building and developing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, new business development and networking.

    This role will included a wide selection of existing clients, so importance in the Account Mgmt and development of client contacts, the delivery of quality, able candidates.

    Account Management, servicing and delivery to an existing portfolio of clients/works
    Building an on going supplier relationship with key clients
    Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
    Writing job specifications
    Spotting opportunities for short, medium, and long term wins
    Maintaining a high-quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
    Temporary worker compliance and payroll support.
    To succeed in recruitment you need tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.

    A large part of the role is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high quality service to candidates and clients.
