Description
Role:
The Retail Trainer will be responsible for providing retail training at all Sarah Chapman accounts in the UK and Ireland for the Skinesis product range, aiming to position Sarah Chapman as an expert in luxury skincare and the go-to brand for skincare solutions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will collaborate with the Sales Team to offer store support. Your focus will be divided with 80% of your time dedicated to training in stores and 20% on selling at the store and hosting events.
Regular travel to partner retail stores will be necessary, including overnight stays and longer journeys as required.
Your role involves supporting retail sales, motivating sales teams, promoting new product launches, and enhancing brand standards. In addition, you will collaborate with retail partners on sales events and initiatives.
Responsibilities Breakdown:
Training Role:
You will engage in in-store brand training for new staff and product launches, allocating incentives per store group to boost sales from your training sessions. It's crucial to follow up with beauty teams to ensure completion of online education modules and provide support through training videos.
Development:
Receive training in the Sarah Chapman Retail Facial for sales opportunities and keep updated on new product launches through the Head of Global Education.
