    HR Business Partner

    Reading

    £50,000-70,000 DOE plus Benefits

    As HR Business Partner Based in Reading, this newly created role will see you work and involve all aspects of the Human resources function. Supporting the existing HR Manager, you will come in to help split the business units so there is more focus and support across all business areas.

    The role will see you be responsible for the following: -

    • Collaborating and engaging with senior leaders across the business, coaching on how to deal with HR issues encouraging empowerment.
    • Managing employee relations issues, mitigating any risk to the business, and implementing a process to minimise future cases.
    • Owning and assisting with various projects such as performance management, aligning processes etc.
    • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Developing people strategies and designing approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
    • Implementing programmes and activities that enhance employee engagement and drive forward a positive culture.
    • Providing timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.
    • Partnering with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

    About you:

    We are looking for a strong, experienced, and assertive HR professional, who understands their profession well and can adapt to a small but growing HR team. You'll be quick to deal with ad hoc issues that arise, and be on hand to support senior directors with any employee matter. Equally you'll be a support to any employee who reaches out for assistance and advice at any time.

    In order to be considered as HR Business Partner, you will need the following skills and experiences:-

    • Level 5 CIPD minimum, ideally higher
    • Experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Business partner role currently
    • Experience managing multiple case loads and employee relations
    • Experience owning and delivering on set HR projects
    • Supporting a small but growing HR Division
