Project Coordinator.

Job Role
As a Project Coordinator within the Insulation Department, you will oversee the completion of fully compliant energy efficiency measures in line with PAS2035:2019

The Project Coordinator will oversee the organisation of an Insulation Project.

You will be responsible for a stream with allocated Site Managers and a varying number of Installation Teams in order to achieve completion of any given project.

The Project Coordinator will direct Site Managers on priority tasks and ensure company methods and processes are followed.


Alongside this, you will play a secondary role in guiding teams through the day-to-day methods of install while supporting them on non-install matters such as escalated issues, holiday requests, invoice breakdowns and general guidance.


During live install you will monitor progress, record relevant information, and troubleshoot issues to deliver a positive result within an essential target time.


The role will require you to work as part of a wider team and liaise with other trade managers and the Product Account Manager to ensure an efficiently run install.

You will be accountable for the insulation project, within the wider project.


The Project Coordinator is expected to be knowledgeable on the criteria of Insulation Measures to foresee potential fails and issues or offer guidance when needed.

Company processes will need to be followed for the good of the overall operation.


You will work closely with the Technical Team and Site Managers to deliver installs compliantly, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:


  • Produce an accurate attendance & payroll diary
  • Allocate incoming installs to suitable install teams
  • Produce an install Job Pack for install teams & their proposed works
  • Ensure other trades are suitably coordinated
  • Track progress of install and supply guidance when needed
  • Record accurate management information for post install analysis
  • Support the managers & workforce within your streams
  • Work with the Technical Team & Site Managers to complete any remedial works

Skill set required:


  • Strong work ethic, morals and integrity
  • Ability to read and understand surveys and floor plans drawn up by Technical Team
  • Ability to understand the requirements of a full installation criteria, technical guidance, aesthetic detail, customer service, Health & Safety
  • Excellent communication and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong Computer literacy
  • Able to confidently hold discussions regarding installation process
  • Able to find solutions to installation criteria and detail issues should they arise
  • Excellent knowledge on system specifications, ventilation & company processes

Preferred:


  • Previous management experience
  • Extensive experience within Insulation Systems
  • Extensive experience within Eco

In return CES will offer you:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm (Office hours 9am 5pm)Within the Project Coordinator role, you may be required to work above & beyond during busier times.
