    We are recruiting for an Operational Support Director for the CP7 Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE).

    The Operational Support Director will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless collaboration and integration between Operations and Operational Support functions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive efficient and coordinated production-focused delivery of projects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in delivery processes.

    • Align Operational Support needs with Operational delivery requirements to efficiently deliver works.
    • Provide oversight of production processes and ensure compliance across Operational delivery and support.
    • Ensure robust operational planning to reduce risks prior to commencing works.
    • Review and align behaviours across Operational Support teams with SRE charter.
    • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance SRE outcomes and objectives.
    • Support strategic delivery of works and liaise with Route Renewals Directors.
    • Oversee integrated planning of works to ensure efficient delivery across the portfolio.

    • Experienced leader of operational delivery and support teams.
    • Detailed knowledge across all construction processes within a rail environment.
    • Experience in strategic and operational planning across portfolios of work.
    • Good understanding of behavioural change management.
    • Detailed awareness of engineering assurance processes
    • Construction project management qualification.
    • Technical chartered institute membership (e.g., CIOB and ICE).
    • PTS.
    • Driving Licence.
