Blue Arrow are proud to be recruiting CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS for the Leisure part of hospitality

Are you looking for a new challenge or even to pick up extra shifts? We currently have both permanent and temporary roles available for part-time and full-time positions with a variety of shifts available to suit you.

Work available in a range of settings for example gastro pubs, fine dining restaurants, care homes etc.
£15ph - £22ph (depending on experience and site)
Commis Chef/Junior Chef
If you don't currently have a DBS but are willing to work with us we can help you with the process)
Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines

• Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills
• Good knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Knowledge of food production methods
• Level 2 food safety
• Experience using kitchen equipment
• Flexible and have a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
• Adhere to and maintain Health & Safety, Food Hygiene including HACCP standards and procedures.
