- Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills
- Good knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Knowledge of food production methods
- Level 2 food safety
- Experience using kitchen equipment
- Flexible and have a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes

We currently have both permanent and temporary roles available for part-time and full-time positions with a variety of shifts available to suit you.
Work available in a range of settings for example gastro pubs, fine dining restaurants, care homes etc.£15ph - £22ph (depending on experience and site)
