About the Role


As Portfolio Marketing and Course Information Coordinator you'll join a busy marketing team and provide support to staff across the University to effectively promote our portfolio of courses.


With meticulous attention to detail, you'll coordinate the development and maintenance of all course information published on the University's website.

This will involve collating and checking information from numerous sources. You'll consider the best way to structure and present the information to suit the needs of our audiences.


You'll be ideally suited to this role if you have experience in marketing administration or can demonstrate the ability to follow processes with keen attention to detail.


About You
As Portfolio Marketing and Course Information Coordinator, you will:

  • Be experienced in maintaining high quality and accurate records.
  • Demonstrate excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be experienced in collating and checking information using a range of different sources and presenting the information in a structured and coherent way.
  • Be a solution focused individual with the ability to manage your own time effectively.
  • Show strong communication skills with the ability to provide a firstrate customer service to staff across the Institution.
