Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The Food & Beverage Assistant will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests in our restaurant & bar. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing menus and offering recommendations as needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering orders into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment
• Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up decorations, and assisting with audio-visual equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
