Align our reporting to common cost categories and set local targets (budgets), clarify accountability for delivering each cost budget, establish routine reviews vs budget and forecast, set challenging objectives to drive margin enhancement

• Establish global cost owners, cutting across geographies (eg recruitment fees owned by CPO), set global cost targets and track monthly, schedule a cycle of reviews deep diving into variances to benchmarks and identify local and global initiatives to improve
• You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties for example bespoke cost benchmarking projects supporting our M&A programme

A seasoned financial leader with a history of operating in a highly cost focused service or retail organisation with the ability to demonstrate
* granular analysis of costs and their underlying drivers and leveraging insights to drive action
