    About this opportunity:

    As the Global Head of Delivery & Execution, you will be responsible for developing the strategy for the execution work in Ericsson, ongoing performance management, iteration development of projects and programmes and be positioned as the thought leader in the organization on TA best practice and innovation for delivering our hiring and strategic programme goals.

    What you will do:

    • Develop in collaboration with the TA leadership teams the GTM model for execution of hiring demand which may include a multi-vendor delivery strategy that would include Shared Service Centre, RPO, Ericsson, Partner and contract resources. Develop a model to demonstrate the commercial impact of the TA delivery teams and their pull through impact to revenue/product opportunity for Ericsson. Define the global standards for performance through KPIs and balanced scorecards reflecting the companies' objectives and innovation through reporting.

    • Align with key partners in TR, TM, Analytics & Digital and finance teams. Develop the business case for enhancing the delivery opportunities for Ericsson through insource and partner models, including designing the road map and journey stages. Lead change management efforts for delivery related projects, go lives and launches.

    • Develop relationships with the individual MA/BA people leaders to understand business requirements for delivery and work with TA head to build robust model for support. Identify best in class suppliers ready to support the scaling needs of Ericsson without breaking delivery performance. Negotiate complex agreements for large scale multi-region delivery support with embedded performance metrics related to key objectives, KPIs and OKRs of the Ericsson TA organization.

    • Working with the process and technology leads to ensure that the work of the TA partner is continually optimized experiences and develop performance to continually improvement in core KPIs and metrics. Directly & Indirectly Lead, mentor, manage and coach a team of TA leaders and professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with objectives, programmed, deployments and recruitment best practices.

    • Lead Regional, Business Unit and People LT QBRs to replay performance, opportunities, headwinds and tailwinds. Ensure that the required performance levels and service delivery commitments are delivered. Create a council of TA leaders to develop understanding and pushforward opportunities for enhanced delivery methods and new ways of working. Bring forward innovation in sourcing and collaborate with the Enablement project team to ensure clear development and training paths.

    • Work with the HJT to ensure they prioritize the work that will enhance the recruitment experience and bring reduction in the recruitment cycle time in "delivery owned" process steps. Run Business focused QBRs to demonstrate TA performance to enhance buy in and solicit ongoing support.

    • Co-design with the Selection & Assessment project team a ONE Ericsson selection process that will create elevated candidate experiences and de-risk the hiring decision. Influence the business leaders to push ahead with opportunities to enhance organizational health such as D&I and Early in Career.

    • Work with HJT, Enablement and Selection & Assessment project teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication to uphold the company's reputation.

    • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure identifying opportunities to bring forward new KPIs and measurements, related to quality of hire into the global standard. Staying closely tuned into the TA landscape, talent trends, compensation benchmarks and a documented strategy to acquire niche / critical skills.

    • Leading global TA delivery initiatives and teams. Expert-level in recruitment best practices including search, assessment, selection, and onboarding. Developing complex strategies for an integrated TA delivery organisation

    • Driving a performance culture in teams measured by hardwired KPIs and performance metrics. Ability to recruit diverse world-class talent.

    • Deep, expansive network and ability to build connections. Ability to engage and work with some of the most senior leaders in the company including – CEO, CXO and Board Members as required.

    • Outstanding relationship building, influence and partnership abilities. Sharp business acumen with ability to understand talent needs and challenges. Experience integrating TA delivery into broader talent strategy.

    • Strong change leadership, organizational design. Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities

    • Experience operating effectively in complex global organizations. Understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance issues surrounding hiring
