    Sales Director (Birmingham/Midlands, UK)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our sales function in the Birmingham/Midlands region.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling SaaS products, particularly in the finance or HR domains, to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Midlands marketManage and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their targetsIdentify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, including C-level executives and decision-makers in finance and HR departmentsDemonstrate a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, industry trends, and customer pain points to effectively position our products and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approachAnalyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performanceContribute to the overall business strategy and provide insights to the leadership team

    Required Qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a sales management roleExtensive experience in selling SaaS products, particularly in the finance or HR sectors, to C-suite executives and key stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of the Birmingham/Midlands market, including the competitive landscape and customer needsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executivesProficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive decision-makingAdaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Preferred Qualifications:
