- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MI Analyst or similar role within the insurance or financial industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of insurance industry metrics and KPIs is a plus.
