    Job Title: MI Analyst - 12-Month FTC

    Position Overview:

    La Fosse is excited to be assisting our client in the search for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MI (Management Information) Analyst for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. As an MI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide meaningful insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
    2. Reporting: Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
    3. Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data in a user-friendly manner.
    4. Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
    6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an MI Analyst or similar role within the insurance or financial industry.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
    • Knowledge of insurance industry metrics and KPIs is a plus.
