    • Diploma qualifications

    • You will ideally have experience working within adistribution / Despatch or warehouse environment and will have ledteams in a fast-paced business handling multiple products withshort shelf-life

    • You will have experience of WMS(Warehouse Management Systems) to control and manage stocklevels

    • Able to deliver audit ready everyday standardsthrough GMP compliance

    • You will understand safety andquality compliance and how these expectations need to be met

    • You will be a competent and confident leader capable ofinspiring and engaging with your team to deliver results plus,promote continuous improvements within your area

    • Youwill possess a focused and balanced understanding towards thepressures of operating within a fast-moving Despatch, Warehouse/distribution environment.

    • Knowledge of logisticsplanning

    • Experience of working with Warehouse/Despatch Management Systems

    • Good Interpersonal &communication skills

    • Proven track record ofperformance against targets

    • Proven BudgetControl

    • Computer Literate

    o Appropriately manage the performance of all members anddeliver improvements through the daily Tier 2 meetings.
    o Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch teammembers, ensuring they are effective in their roles.
    oFoster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

    Training &Development


    o To own the training and development of all levels of yourteam. Actively coach, develop, recruit and train team members tothe required level of competence to encourage continuousimprovement within the business.


    Performance Improvement usingKPIs
    o Challenges and ensure the teamdelivers agreed KPIs across Despatch ensuring systems are in placeto collect the necessary data to measure performance against theagreed KPIs. Develop and deliver action plans s andimplements
