Well, I have an opportunity, of which, you could be part Due to a continued successful period of growth, our client, a long-established, family run and nationally recognised3PL operator is looking for a Sales Manager to join their leadership team.


You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Board to help to ensure sustainability performance, and to sculpt the future of the business.

This role will be working Monday to Friday and will be based out of their Northampton site, initially you will need to be office based until settled in however, this role comes with flexibility and will offer hybrid working.

The role will come with a basicsalary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, along with great benefits, a company car or allowance and a realistic OTE of £70,000 - £80,000


Whilst Ideally we are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with a successful track record and maybe even that little black book within a 3PL operator, If you are a little bit earlier on in your career and looking to take that next step, the organisationhas the desire and resources to support and develop you and would still love to speak with you.


Here's what the role will involve

  • Establishing new relationships with and developing 3PL clients, to support the current growth strategy
  • Full sales cycle management from initial prospecting through to closing deals
  • Defining, implementing and delivering future growth strategies
  • Providing both new and existing clients with suitable solutions, to help develop and maintain long term relationships

What we'll need from you

  • Experience with clients at senior & executive level & multiple contract wins under your belt
  • A positive and entrepreneurial attitude and a consultative and authentic approach
  • A proven track record of building relationships leading to successful trade and excellent presentation skills
