- Conduct quality checks on rental properties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to address any areas for improvement and provide necessary training.
- Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks, including basic handyman skills such as using power tools and performing minor repairs.
- Act as the main liaison between cleaning staff and management, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Ensure a polite and supportive culture within the service department, leading by example as a friendly and supportive manager.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team.
- Basic handyman skills and confidence in using power tools and performing minor repairs.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Bulgarian or Portuguese are a plus.
- Initial provisional chat, either in person or via Zoom.
- 1-2 days paid trial, including cleaning a flat and undergoing an inspection.
