Hire Fleet Coordinator (Portuguese Speaker)

Role Requirements:


As a Hire Fleet Coordinator fluent in Portuguese, your primary responsibility is to facilitate effective communication between the Hire Fleet and Production teams.

Your goal is to ensure maximum availability of hire fleet bikes, delivering them within the SLA timelines stipulated in our contracts.

This role requires efficiency and effectiveness, especially in a rapidly growing team.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Liaise between motorcycle policy holders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of hire bikes within SLA parameters.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to book hire bikes onto delivery vans for distribution.
  • Ensure the production team cleans and prepares hire bikes for dispatch.
  • Organize paperwork for drivers to provide to policy holders.
  • Manage helmet inventory for hire bikes, including ordering, stock checks, etc.
  • Maintain relevant Google Sheets and Excel sheets regarding work in progress.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance to ensure legal compliance (MOT, tax, insurance, servicing).
  • Respond to customer issues related to our hire bikes.
  • Handle unexpected issues with outside agencies, such as external suppliers, police, and local authorities.

Skills Required:


  • 3 years of coordination experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Proven track record of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experienced in a team environment.
  • Conversational proficiency in Portuguese
