- Develop and drive a digital and marketing strategy which encompasses a focus on event management and all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, website, email, social media etc.
- Create, articulate and share the firm's ESG proposition & strong climate change and diversity credentials for their clients
- Manage and lead on the firm's Senior Executive and Board events, including webinars, breakfasts, panel discussions and seminars with key business leaders
- Help deliver the content strategy for all digital content, including social media, website and email content
- Be the brand champion for the marketing activity and become a trusted expert to key stakeholders in the business
- Strong track record successfully executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing such as SEO, email campaigns (Mailchimp) CRM, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and website
- Creative, ideas-focused and articulate with excellent project management skills
- Data and target driven, analytical and able to think laterally and focus on ROI
- Confident liaising with multiple, senior stakeholders
