We value intelligence and fast learners, flexibility and excitement about tackling every new opportunity. Our work is highly collaborative, so friendly relationship builders are vital to our teams.

This will also be a customer facing role, enabling you to build relationships with our key customers and understand how the MooD product impacts their business.

This is a senior role, where influence, credibility with peers and customers, and exceptional networking and leadership skills are required to navigate the complexities of the client base and our offering. A growth mindset is key as you will be pivotal in supporting business development activities and ensuring scalability as new clients are identified. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the MooD Professional Services team of 20+ staff and be the escalation point for customers and MooD Delivery Leads.
  • Providing training and mentoring to the Professional Services team, enabling staff development and growth within the business.
  • Managing strategic oversight to the delivery of projects to time and budget
  • Forging and maintaining trusted relationships with senior customers and industrial stakeholders within and outside CACI and identify and foster key strategic contacts and partnerships for the business.
  • Support the BD Manager & MooD director to grow our customer base within target industries and along with it our pipeline for the next 3 years
  • Working with Senior Consultants and the Legal department to develop appropriate commercial deals and negotiate ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers.
  • Accurately forecast orders and pipeline commitments.
  • The Fit:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role for a Technical Professional Services business. You will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and be comfortable in leading/supporting the sales process including the response to tenders, pricing and proposals. In addition, you will have:

  • An ability to build and maintain high performing teams.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • An ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key technical stakeholders and championing their requirements within IIG.
  • Due to nature of the sectors this role would be part of, we require all our team to be able to obtain high level security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.

    Culture & Benefits:

We take great pride in taking care of our talent, providing a highly dynamic, inclusive and team-led environment where everyone can thrive. We value every member of our business, and strive to be a place you're excited to work.
