Litigation and Case Research Associate - Birmingham
We are currently working with a modern law firm that is at the cutting edge of litigation to find them a top class Commercial Litigator who has an excellent grasp of financial and economic knowledge. They are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience but with a interest and desire to work on researching and building new Group Class Actions, analysing and constructing viable projects for the firm to develop.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director as part of a small but dynamic team of professionals, detailing and dissecting every element of potential new Group Class Actions. You will have a good understanding of the financial implications and outcomes of potential projects and be able to present your findings on their feasibility.
