A rare opportunity hasarisen to be responsible for the management and maintenance of theAuthority's Asset Management systems. The role will be responsiblefor liaising with the Authority's property consultants andlandowners to secure new sites either through purchase orlease.

The Asset Officer will work closely withthe Director of Finance and the Director of Operations as well asflexibly across the three Directorates. You will need to workproactively on a range of sites from moorings and boathouses tovisitor services facilities to ensure site records and inspectionsare kept up to date.

Applicants should be todemonstrate similar experience and be competent in Microsoftapplications including Office, Teams and SharePoint. Knowledge ofproperty issues, Heads of Terms and GIS isessential.

The role will be a mixture of officeand home based. However, while the candidate is new to the role,they will be initially office based. However, subject to thecandidate successfully completing tasks, the role will be splitbetween home and the office. This will be subject to a trialperiod.
