If you excel at building and managing lasting relationships with clients, with strong communication skills, this could be the role for you
You'll be working alongside experienced commercial bankers, allowing us to deliver a seamless client experience

What you'll do:

Additionally, you'll be:

Supporting clients with their day to day needs proving excellent client service
Maintaining files and databases and ensuring all reports, documentation and systems recording is technically accurate, compliant
Identifying sales and marketing opportunities to drive cross selling, new commercial clients and potential private client referrals

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for a strong communicator, with excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

You'll need knowledge of investment, credit and financial planning products, and have the ability to work within a sales and service culture, in a team environment.

You'll also need:

Previous banking experience and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook
A background of providing a highlevel client service
The ability to work under pressure with limited supervision on routine customer transactions
Good numeracy and basic Microsoft Office skills
