Shrewsbury Colleges Group is Shropshire's largest college.

Formed from the merger of Shrewsbury Sixth Form College and Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology, SCG is a designated sixth form college offering sixth form college terms and conditions.

1,800 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury with our London Road Campus offering a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 1, year olds, 4000 adult students, 350 HE students and 950 apprentices.

The college was graded as good with outstanding features in November 2021 and enjoys 'good' financial health.

We are looking to recruit outstanding colleagues who share our student centred ethos and who aspire to be the best.

As a sixth form college with significant vocational provision, we welcome applicants working in industry. The college can fully support unqualified teachers to achieve PGCE and Assessor qualifications.
