WHAT TO EXPECT
Product Information (PI) is the beating heart of our business.

As a department we are responsible for the delivery of coherent and timely Product Specification and Bill of Materials in line with Programme timing.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and engaging Scrum Master to help us embrace agile and deliver our operational and transformational objectives.


As PI Scrum Master, you will be responsible for developing our agile transformation strategy, guiding squads to plan work through focused and engaging meetings.

You'll be working with multiple squads across the department and leading a team of Scrum Masters in the department.

You will have experience in coaching and upskilling scrum squads in self-management and cross-functional collaboration and you will have a deep understanding of how to make high performing squads and demonstrate this by clearly improving squad KPIs.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and helping in the removal of obstacles that are slowing down squad acceleration.
  • Promoting empowerment and transparency in the squad.
  • Ensuring the Product Owner is clear on squad ambition and setting sprint goals.
  • Supporting the squad with creating highvalue increments that meet the definition of done.
  • Establishing empirical product planning within a complex environment.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration wherever required.
  • Championing Scrum adoption and implementation across Product Information.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


Applications are welcomed from individuals who have the ability to work on multiple complex projects running to different timelines and priorities.

You'll benefit from experience and knowledge of managing Bills of Material and an understanding of configuration.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan through problems as they arise and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders' requirements.


Essential:


  • In depth agile knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of agile toolsets.
  • A sophisticated communicator who is able to communicate directly, clearly and openly and can engage with stakeholders at different levels within the business.
  • A determined individual, committed and resultsorientated who works with pace, energy, and confidence.
