We are looking for a Care Assistant who can work with the care staff to ensure the best possible care within a homely environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant to work for a company and make changes to improve residents lives.

The main job purpose is to plan, implement and supervise the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents, relatives and friends and provides flexible support services within the Home as required.

Understands and supports the main aims and values of the home, its policies and procedures, and how their work and that of other staff promotes the aims of the home under the direction of the Manager.

We are looking for someone to maintain care skills at a current level (Skill for Care Induction and working towards or achieved NVQ Level 2) and undertake such training and development as required to maintain that currency of practice.

We are offering one position at 39 hours and one position for 34 hours per week contracts.

shifts are a mixture of morning and evening shifts
