    Approved Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre - Hemel Hempstead

    The role of an Approved Electrical Supervisor holds significant importance as it comes with a well-defined set of duties aimed at ensuring the delivery of projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. It's important to have a good understanding of leadership, managing resources, and maintaining open lines of communication for project success.

    Requirements to be an Approved Electrical Supervisor

    • Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification.
    • 18th Edition Certificate.
    • AM2S Certificate.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
    • A UK Driving Licence.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
    • An in-date ECS card.
    • Testing and Inspection 2391 Certificate.
    General roles and responsibilities
    • Support the Project Manager in writing RAMS for jobs.
    • Develop and learn how to write programmes.
    • Manage and track materials including ordering, overseeing the delivery and ensuring they are used efficiently.
    • Complete an electrical site safety report before work commences.
    • Ensure NICEIC certificates are fully completed and issued for sign-off.
    • Inspecting and assessing work throughout the job and on completion of.
    • Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
    • Collaborate with the team to find solutions to technical challenges.
