    Cranes Technician North WestResponsibilities:
    Perform maintenance, repair, and technical instruction on crane products at customer premises or on-site.
    Prioritize mobile crane customers but also support customers with other product types.
    Assist in processing warranty claims.
    Identify revenue opportunities and minimize costs and risks.
    Investigate and provide technical reports for customer problems.
    Undertake additional tasks, training, and projects as required.
    Be available for additional hours and out-of-hours customer support.
    Travel within the UK and Republic of Ireland, and occasionally outside this territory.


    Qualifications and Profile:
    Completion of a recognized apprenticeship in a related industry to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
    Relevant product or industry experience.
    Demonstrated application of skills and knowledge in a similar industry.
