    Desktop Support Engineer / 1st Line Support

    We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Engineer to work on a contract with a well-respected IT Services organisation, it's an amazing opportunity to gain some exceptional experience with a top organisation

    Resolving customer technical issues relating to hardware and software, using your technical experience and excellent customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • Installing, Maintaining, Rebuilding and Troubleshooting end user Devices
    • Imaging and Deploying Desktops and Laptops for End Users
    • Provision of Hardware
    • Creating and Maintaining Operational Documentation

    Experience:

    • 2 + Year's Desktop Support / Level 1 Windows Support
    • Experience Medium / Large Corporations
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proactive

    Contract

    • £100 - £120 Per Day (Inside IR35)
    • 8 Months + Contract Length
    • Onsite - London
