Associate Client & Sales Support Specialist

As an Associate Client & Sales Support Specialist with Convera based in our Peterbourough office, you will be supporting our Client & Sales teams (Education) acting as their main support for administrative and organisational activities.

Being the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for administrative queries within the team and providing general support to the sales team.

Complete data analysis and financial account reconciliations.
Performing data entry duties with regards to sales metrics and other key data
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales and customer records
Keeping track of the sales team's communication
Assisting in preparing and presenting detailed sales reports
Previous experience in a Sales Support role is preferred
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
A background in Financial Services is required and FX exposure is advantageous.
