HR Administrator/Advisor - Temp HYBRID WORKING**Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity based in Kingston, who are looking for an HR Administrator to deal with all aspects of HR administration. This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, if you are eager to secure a position within Human Resources. They offer hybrid working and flexible hours.


Responsibilities include:


  • Admin support to HR Advisory team (letter writing, note taking, organising one drive files, updating templates)
  • Organise templates, and online folders ensure everything is organised
  • Diary appointments and booking of meeting rooms
  • Sending confirmations
  • Chasing outstanding documents
  • Admin support to Head of department (booking meetings and creating spreadsheets of data)
  • Updating casework logs
  • Admin support to Business Head (collecting info, updating spreadsheets etc, producing mail merges)
  • Following up on Occupational Health reports

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Professional manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
  • HR exposure would be an advantage but not necessary.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
