    As our RevOps Manager, you will drive scalable growth and ensure operational excellence across Revenue teams. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will enhance data governance, refine analytics, optimize processes, and enable the effective use of tools and processes throughout our organization. You will contribute to our sustainable business growth through strategic insights and operational improvements.

    This is a full-time position available in Finland, Sweden, Denmark or the UK.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Systems & Tools Management: Oversee the CRM (Salesforce) administration, manage relationships with external consultants, ensure data integrity, and promote the adoption and optimal use of SaaS tools to maximize ROI.
    • Data and Insights: Serve as the primary contact for process, data governance, and system management. Develop, manage, and promote the organization-wide use of business analytics models and dashboards, providing actionable insights.
    • Enablement and Continuous Improvement: Prioritize the enablement of teams through regular training on processes and tools, ensuring proficiency and up-to-date knowledge.
    • Process Optimization: Map, optimize and document key Revenue functions focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Revenue functions to align efforts, interpret key metrics, and enhance the effectiveness of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
    • Compliance and Safety: Maintain safety commitments and adhere to relevant policies.

    We expect

    • Minimum three years of experience in Sales/RevOps within a technology or professional services industry.
    • Proficient technical experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
    • Solid skills in data analysis, including building, maintaining, and enabling the use of datasets, dashboards.
    • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Qualtrics, and Jira.
