    The Role:

    This is an outstanding opportunity for a target driven, dynamic, growth minded Area Sales Manager to join one of the world's largest manufacturers of commercial laundry equipment and make a real impact within their national sales team.

    Targeting a range of clients within the Hospitality, Health Care, Private & Public sector, this role offers real variety in your day to day.

    You will be tasked with both seeking out key decision makers within a prospective customer base to establish new relationships, and managing, maintaining, and growing an existing account base by establishing their needs, and delivering a proposition to them that meets these.

    This role involves a solution-based sell, so you will need to be highly consultative in your approach.

    Dealing with decision makers from general managers to business owners/directors, to heads of housekeeping, you will need to be a nimble & articulate communicator, adapting your style to suit the customers level of seniority.

    Based from home, you will have the autonomy and freedom to develop a strategic plan to hit your targets, through calls, emails and arranging face to face meetings with your client base.

    While you will predominantly be based out on the road, you will work closely with the wider team based at a regional office near you, who can provide you with admin, after care and customer support, to enable you to remain focused on your key objectives.


    Requirements:

    To be considered for the Area Sales Manager role you must:· Either currently be selling into the hospitality, healthcare, or private and public sector (hospitality is a huge advantage) OR...· Currently be selling a portfolio of medium to high value capital equipment.· Be able to demonstrate prior success in developing relationships with new accounts and closing deals.· Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.· Be a consultative & structured salesperson, who has a proven track record in solution based selling.

    The Package for Area Sales Manager· Basic salary circa £40-45'000 + uncapped bonus scheme (£30k realistic OTE)· Hybrid Company Car· Mobile phone, Laptop & iPad· Personal health care plan, Pension, Fuel Card.
