    Role: .Net Developer - Innovation Team

    Location: Hybrid - home working plus 2 days per week on-site in Wakefield

    Salary: £40 - 44K + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits, (including 13.5% Pension, a wide range of travel and shopping discounts)

    Key Skills: .Net or .Net Core, any front-end tools experience, SQL Server, SQL, any web app development / interface and Azure skills would be highly beneficial, great problem solving skills

    The Role:

    • Developing collaborative solutions that support the delivery of critical services
    • Design, develop and deliver innovative software solutions
    • Work closely with the BA's to develop business requirements into functional solutions
    • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Essential:
      • 1 - 2 years minimum commercial experience in a .Net / .Net Core development role, (or a Graduate with 1 years .Net development experience in a sandwich year).
      • RDBMS experience, ideally MS SQL Server and T-SQL
      • Any front end development skills, (Blazor, React, Javascript, C# etc.)
      • Exposure to any of the following would be highly desirable: Azure Web App development, PowerApps, Power BI, Git, RPA, Sharepoint etc.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently across the team
      • 5+ years UK residency, (with no extended periods outside of the UK), in order to meet the necessary level of security vetting required.
      ** You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years in order to meet the security vetting required for this role **
