- Support the design, delivery and evaluation of a new youth development programme including co-designing it with young people and communities most affected by violence.
- Work collaboratively with Statutory and Voluntary/Community sector partners and service providers to ensure the delivery of sustainable evidence-informed youth projects.
- Develop and share resources relating to violence prevention and associated issues to communities and young people.
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
- Significant experience working in the Voluntary and Community Sector (or other relevant setting) delivering and/or leading on youth projects and designing and delivering involvement and co-production strategies.
- Passionate about supporting children and young people to co-design sustainable solutions to preventing and reducing violence.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively to lead the development of key areas of business.

The Violence Reduction Network has an exciting new part-time Youth Development Coordinator role for 22 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st March You will be strengthening the Violence Reduction Network Partnership's involvement with children and young people throughout all areas of your work. The position requires the ability and willingness to work outside normal office hours and at weekends when required to support and deliver engagement communication activity.
