The role:
Are you an Insurance (Commercial & Property) Associate 2-4 years PQE looking to join one of the UK's premier planning practices? If so, this Bristol team would like to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be tasked with managing a diverse caseload of recovery claims stemming from various insured and uninsured incidents. These may include damage to both commercial and residential properties caused by events such as fire, water escapes, subsidence, and flooding.
Additionally, you'll handle claims related to damage to underground telecoms infrastructure by third-party contractors, financial losses due to employee theft or fraud, damage to fine art, and contribution claims arising from personal injury claims.
The team mostly works on behalf of major insurance companies, for whom you will also have the opportunity to advise on matters relating to policy coverage, but you can also expect to be defending claims for property damage on behalf of corporate clients.
For those with the right level of experience, you also be responsible for supervising and mentoring Paralegals.
