Hours:
Monday to Friday between 8:30-6:00 (flexible working). Occasional overnight stays, weekends and late nights is a requirement, overtime is paid.


Our client is looking for an Events Co-ordinator to join a multi-disciplined events agency that specialises in producing unforgettable experiences that truly engage our audience.

They own one of the largest collections of activities available in Europe.

This is a fun, exciting opportunity for someone who us passionate about events and confident in running and instructing enjoyable, engaging activities, ranging from conferences to team building.


Main responsibilities:


  • Organisation and ontheday delivery for a wide range of events (both face to face and virtual). Including coordinating all elements for the events in detail to ensure professional delivery and an excellent experience.
  • Supporting with the preparation and collation of key events.
  • Supporting the setup of equipment, making sure the event runs smoothly.
  • Attend events to ensure that the entertainment is fit for purpose.
  • Provide handson event delivery support when required.
  • Understand the relevance of key events for our clients and tailoring our approach to maximise the impact.
  • Ensure Clients enjoyment and safety on every event.
  • Undertake equipment checks following health and safety regulations.
  • First point of contact for any concerns, queries on the day.
  • Smooth delivery of all activities, giving instructions and encouraging engagement in activities
  • Setting up and dismantling of events. This could range from parties, award nights, themed events, conferences, team building activities such as TVinspired challenges, heading out on quad bikes, buggies, sumo wrestling or keeping things virtual. Taking care of the venue and production, as well as the theming and set design.
  • Previous experience in a similar support role.
  • Good people and customer service skills.
  • A confident and friendly manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Motivated and has the ability to work under own initiative.
  • Problem solving.

Essentials:


  • Clean driving license.
