    UK ( Hybrid / Remote )
    50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

    As the Global Training Product Manager, you will manage the SGS training portfolio to encompass creation, development, storyboarding, build of new digital courses and modernise / customise existing digital courses using the latest instructional design techniques / learning theories.

    Youll work closely with the Global Training Course Manager and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure all finished products meet SGS Academy brand guidelines, identifying outsourcing when required to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

    Youll demonstrate proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies, with hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Elucidat) or similar software.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail, with a passion for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences.
