    Our Graduate Recruitment Consultants will benefit from a structured training program that gives them the opportunity to learn in a structured class environment and on the job with other individuals at the same level of competency.

    The Recruitment Consultant is given a four week plan which involves delivering on KPI's, competency level assessments and focused training, as well as continued workshops and masterclasses from our dedicated Learning & Development team after the 4 week period.

    End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interview scheduling up until offer negotiation.

    Staffing Projects:

    Contribute to the enhancement of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, diversity programs, and staffing projects within your market to attract and retain top talent.
