My client is seeking an experienced Client Services Executive to join their team.


About the Role:


  • Provide client training both remotely and inperson
  • Manage contract renewals process by handling in a timely manner and meet cancellation deadlines
  • Maintain, develop, and grow strong working relationships with all clients
  • Send communications to key contacts throughout the year to maintain retention
  • Provide support and feedback to the helpdesk and product managers
  • Maintain internal client management system and log tickets when necessary
  • Proactively contribute to marketing and client communications
  • Support manager to meet sales targets by sending communications to specific sectors, maintain prospects database and assist during trial periods
  • Analyse and report on client usage and frequency of contact
  • Manage the correct level of access for all clients

About You
You have client service experience with strong communication skills

  • Ability to build strong client relationships in a businesstobusiness environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and problemsolving skills essential
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening and written skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly
  • Knowledge of the media research industry an advantage
  • Experience of Hubspot CRM and Sales tools also an advantage
Educated to graduate level with GCSEs in Math's and English Language grade C or above
