    Medical Secretary, Private Healthcare, W1

    £34,000 - £41,5000+ paid overtime + benefits

    Our client is looking for a highly motivated medical secretary to support highly-respected Doctors in a Cardio or GI clinic.

    What you'll be doing day to day:

    • Owning patient care coordination and providing secretarial support to 2 Consultants
    • Building strong and trusting relationships with patients
    • Scheduling complex workflows, managing phone calls and online requests
    • Navigating correspondence with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring follow-up documentation is distributed
    • Managing medical records, imaging, lab results etc
    • Interacting on a daily basis with patients, customers, referring physicians, health staff and family members

    The skills you need to bring:

    • 5 years' experience providing secretarial support in a fast-paced medical environment
    • Patient focused and service orientated approach
    • Ability to make independent decisions using sound judgement
    • Ability to work quickly, sometimes under pressure, and always with impeccable attention to detail
    • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills essential
    • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and balance conflicting demands
    • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
    • Discretion and empathy
    • Able to work Mon - Fri in-clinic
