We have been recruiting legal professionals for over fifteen years and have a proven track record of success with a fantastic client base.

In line with business growth,we are looking to recruit ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the first step into recruitment and for the right person, there will be an opportunity to move into a Trainee Consultant role.

This might be of interested if you are a recent graduate with an eye on the legal sector,or alternatively for someone working in sales / customer focussed role, looking for a more formalised career path with lots of progression.

There will be full training and lots of support to get you up to speed in the role. The role is results driven so youare really in control of your own destiny.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Advertising vacancies via job boards & social media
Management & updating of the recruitment database making sure information is correct and up to date
Liaising with clients as instructed by consultants
Formatting CV's and doing general office duties

To be successful in this role you need to be naturally personable, process driven and self-motivated

*Excellent phone manner with a confident approach
*Strong organisation skills
*Ideal role for a recent graduate in law or any discipline who is considering a career in recruitment or sales
*Previously worked in a target driven environment/ customer facing environmen
*Full training will be given for the right person
