The Company:

The Position:


As a Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) scheduler you will be responsible for the efficient and effective scheduling of all maintenance tasks in accordance with specific client contractual commitments.

Working in conjunction with the Account Support Team you will highlight any risks or issues that may impact on delivery of service whilst ensuring any remedial works required are recorded on the Service Desk in line with the agreed process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend the weekly labour meeting to secure engineers for upcoming PPM visits
  • Plan the best optimal route for the engineers with accordance to the green fuel policy
  • Request RAMS for subcontractors, send them on for approval from QHSE and chase so they are approved before attendance date
  • Request/chase for INC codes
  • Create and send PPM paperwork to specific engineers for each discipline
  • Request hotels for engineers from accounts
  • Liaise with engineers regarding the works to make sure the visit is running smoothly/or if help is needed
  • Raise issues to the relevant team member if engineers encounter problems i.e. technical
  • Upon receipt of the PPM paperwork from each engineer, check and save in the specific folders
  • Create new pages on all client portals ready for documents to be uploaded
  • Once the paperwork has been checked, upload the service sheets/certificates to the portal
  • When necessary raise PO's for materials, i.e. skips, filters, belts, tool hire
  • Sign invoices off for materials purchased
  • Following certain disciplines raise a new job for remedial works found during the service visits
  • Chase reports/paperwork from engineers/subcontractors
  • Answer the telephone, quires from account lead, account support, account managers
  • Update all the PPM programmes as dates are agreed/services completed
  • Liaise with all departments should they have any queries on works following a service visit
  • Assist account support with queries regarding end of month status
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills
