Job Outline

· To work with the Regional Broking Director to develop income opportunities from existing clients and new clients, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.

· To provide accurate management information on broking process, market opportunities and team performance.

· To assist with the production of quality submissions to the market to ensure the most favourable outcome for the client or prospect, including broking the risk to market to provide an appropriate clientprospect solution.

· To develop effective broking strategies with the local insurance markets that support company goals, targets and objectives.

· Strong organisational skills are essential for this role, and you will ideally have gained industry knowledge and experience in commercial broking or underwriting. Its expected you will have previous experience in dealing with commercial insurance products for Liability, Property and Motor Fleet risks.

Objectives / Responsibilities

· Management and involvement of the Area's new business broking on an ongoing basis to ensure optimum outcome.

· Mentor and Support other colleagues to ensure the best insurance proposition is sourced for clients both existing and new

· Build effective communications with the key stakeholders in our strategic insurance partners

· Work with the Regional Broking Director to implement the broking strategy for the business.

· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
