    Job Description

If you are a qualitative specialist, passionate about technology and media and you want to work with some of the most high-profile, fascinating, and forward-thinking global brands around, look no further

We are looking for a motivated and engaged RM or experienced SRE who is genuinely passionate about exploring the deeper cultural and societal context that is integral to understanding audiences and emerging trends.

This is a boutique-feeling team, part of a hugely successful agency which is at the top of its game – and which has an absolute focus on producing high quality research for their clients. This team works on some fascinating and challenging client questions for some of the leading and very best global brands in the media and tech space; you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting array of projects, spanning key topics of the day: from pop culture and film, to sustainability, to the metaverse.

A great time to join, this team is experiencing growth across all levels. There has been significant investment in innovation in terms of clever ways of working, you get time to really think about projects and have access to, and the opportunity to work with, experts in the field. There is also plenty of opportunity to be involved in writing thought leadership pieces and presenting at tech and media conferences with your clients – there is so much scope

To give a flavour, a recent project on data privacy was award nominated and received huge traction. Another piece of work on accurate representation across national media channels, focused on avoiding portraying stereotypes, and involved delivering workshops for a leading broadcaster.

The culture of this team is really important to them – deep thinking with lots of support, this is an environment where people genuinely get on and help each other. With a fantastic training offer, there is ample opportunity to develop your skills and really take the lead on areas of work you are passionate about.

We are looking for good all-round qual skills, an excellent communicator, and someone with natural ability to see the big picture, drawing in broader themes in terms of understanding society and social issues.

You might not have worked directly in media/tech previously, but will have a genuine passion for and willingness to engage with the media and tech space – you might be someone who enjoys gaming or is a bit of a media junkie at home; the right candidate will have a good understanding of media and / or technology news and latest trends, and a strong interest in understanding and exploring the challenges and cultural changes that clients in this area face.

This is a fantastic place to develop your career and enjoy yourself along the way. A stable culture, there are no constant restructures, no navel gazing - just a focus on delivering great research.
