    Panoramic Associates are working with a council in Suffolk in the search for a Civil Engineering Surveyor who will lead civil engineering projects for the clients housing and corporate assets, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Identify civil engineering investment needs and plan projects accordingly.
    Manage project lifecycle following RIBA Plan of Work Framework.
    Monitor expenditure and ensure value for money.
    Collaborate with internal teams and consultants for project delivery.
    Contribute to corporate and asset strategies.
    Prepare quarterly reports on project progress and budget.
    Procure contracts adhering to organizational policies.
    Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with regulations.
    Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
    Address complaints and inquiries in accordance with policies.
    Support IT systems development and implementation.
    Keep informed of organizational changes and industry developments.
    Assist in staff training and attend Health & Safety meetings as required.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    Proven experience in civil engineering project management.
    Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work Framework.
    Strong budget management skills.
    Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
