A leading firm with offices across Yorkshire and the Midlands are seeking an ambitious NQ Solicitor for their Commercial Property team.

OVERVIEW:

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, commercial refinancing, land development, commercial leases and tenancies and adverse possession.
• Draft contracts, deeds, transfers, statements and bills
• Involvement in business development to encourage growth of the team
• You will have completed a seat in Commercial Property during your training contract and have had exposure to the areas of work listed above.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a busy team.
