- 12-15 years of experience in the Learning and Development role across the Aviation/Airline industries or blue-chip multinational organisation.
- Experienced in the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS)/ Digital Learning Platforms for all employees in the organisation.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end training and development process is mandatory.
- Proven experience in collaboratively working with various internal and external departments in running an efficient and effective training and development process.
