Cooper Fitch is recruiting on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Senior L&D Manager.

The company is operating in the Aviation sector and is associated with the Vision 2030 program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior L&D professional to join an ambitious and exciting entity. This role will be responsible for establishing the Learning and Development function, identifying training needs and designing training program for employees across the organisation.

Compensation Details: Competitive Salary Package depending on experience.

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree and any additional HR / Training certifications are a plus
• 12-15 years of experience in the Learning and Development role across the Aviation/Airline industries or blue-chip multinational organisation.
• Experienced in the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS)/ Digital Learning Platforms for all employees in the organisation.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end training and development process is mandatory.
• Proven experience in collaboratively working with various internal and external departments in running an efficient and effective training and development process.
